- Cancellation policy - In the event of a tenant cancelling a booking, no refund of
deposit shall be made unless and until the premises are relet for the entire period of the proposed occupancy in
which case a service fee of 12% of one weeks rent, plus GST, shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking
